The Lofi Girl’s headphones are real — here’s how to preorder them

This is a safe space to admit that we’ve all wished we could steal the Lofi Girl’s cozy desk space from her.

Well now, you kind of can. The internet icon who has given many of us company through late study sessions and long workdays is now giving us the chance to capture her impeccable cozy vibes via her iconic headphones. The Lofi Pro headphones, sold by Lofi Merch (the team behind the YouTube channel), are officially available for preorder for $225. Preorders run through Nov. 14, with the Lofi team recommending you order by the final preorder date for arrival by Christmas.

The headphones are basically an exact replica of Lofi Girl’s (or Jade’s, according to the headphones’ product page). They feature the beige, red, and black color scheme, the scallop edges, and even have magnetic googly eyes, so you can decide whether or not you want to match Jade exactly. The synthetic leather ear cushions are also magnetic and can be changed out for velvet ear cushions, which are available for purchase separately on the Lofi Merch website for $24.99.

Also excluded from base headphones kit is a carrying case, so if you’re looking to take the headphones on the go, it’s worth noting that a case will run you an additional $39.99. The headphones themselves, however, do come with a 3.5mm audio jack, active noise cancellation of up to 30 decibels, 48 hours of battery with ANC on (and 65 hours with it off), wear detection, physical on-ear controls, and multipoint pairing.

In a headphones market where more and more brands are releasing mid-range models, the Lofi Pro headphones could be a major contender with an especially unique appeal. At the very least, I’ll have to get my hands on them and live out my lofi dreams to know for sure.
